Meet the Omnis Executive team

Hayley

Hayley Dunford is the owner and founder of Omnis Bookkeeping and Business Solutions. Born and raised in Florida, Hayley stayed close to home and attended the University of Florida. She received her B.S. in Business Administration, with a minor in real estate. She then went on to receive a Master of Accountancy before starting Omnis. Hayley is now pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Hayley and her husband, Spencer, are parents of two outgoing golden retrievers- Maverick and Whiskey. Hayley to this day strives to create better solutions for the everyday small business.

Spencer

Spencer Dunford is the co-founder of Omnis. From the early days of his career, Spencer has focused on the inner-workings of the business. Starting in 2013, Spencer began working in the marina industry, helping build a community and business at a local marina. Since then, he went on to get his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2018. This served as a catalyst to help Hayley create Omnis Bookkeeping and Business Solutions.

Omnis manages our day to day accounting as well as all of our payroll. We are a restaurant with 35-50 employees at any given time and payroll can be complicated. Everything from managing front of the house tips to salaried employees – they have us covered. They also take care of entering bills, reconciling bank accounts, providing Financial Reports, or anything we need!
