Omnis was founded in 2017 by Hayley Dunford, with the aim of being more than just your average bookkeeping service. Combining her vast academic background in finance and business administration, with a commitment to supplying modern, flexible financial services, Hayley, and the Omnis team have helped dozens of businesses across the U.S. take the stress out of bookkeeping.
Our Sarasota, FL based team includes bookkeepers, an administrator, and a controller. We also partner with a certified public accountant (CPA).

Not located in Florida? That’s fine! Although we are based in Sarasota, Florida, and service many businesses in the SRQ area, we offer remote services that can be catered to meet all of your bookkeeping and business solutions needs.

Meet the Omnis Executive team
Hayley Dunford is the owner and founder of Omnis Bookkeeping and Business Solutions. Born and raised in Florida, Hayley stayed close to home and attended the University of Florida. She received her B.S. in Business Administration, with a minor in real estate. She then went on to receive a Master of Accountancy before starting Omnis. Hayley is now pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Hayley and her husband, Spencer, are parents of two outgoing golden retrievers- Maverick and Whiskey. Hayley to this day strives to create better solutions for the everyday small business.
Spencer Dunford is the co-founder of Omnis. From the early days of his career, Spencer has focused on the inner-workings of the business. Starting in 2013, Spencer began working in the marina industry, helping build a community and business at a local marina. Since then, he went on to get his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2018. This served as a catalyst to help Hayley create Omnis Bookkeeping and Business Solutions.
Whiskey is the CCO (Chief Chaos Office). At only a year old, his main job is causing mayhem wherever he goes. He loves to play with his brother and chase squirrels, lizards, and birds. When he’s not working, he can be found at the dog park chasing tennis balls until he collapses. If anything goes missing, just ask Whiskey! He probably stole it.
Maverick is the CHO (Chief Happiness Officer). He is tasked with keeping the team in their best moods. His best skill is barking for no apparent reason. He’s happy to sit at your feet all day and pop up for some kisses and scratches! During his time off, he loves to swim and go on long walks. He’s always up for some belly scratches and treats.
